Everything was second to none, so were wonderful views of the mountains. The staff were very very helpful and excellent and assisted us greatly. Brand-new, neat room, appreciated it. The location was absolutely perfect, on a big spacious area, and the bed very clean. It was surely a VERY VERY GOOD stay for a night on a recent road trip.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a separate bedroom for our children. The kitchen facilities were a bonus, and the view from our windows was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and gave us great service, even accommodating our last-minute helicopter ride booking.
Breakfast selection could be improved with more complete kitchenware.

Everything was good! Wanted to explore Fox Glacier and this hotel was GREAT place for doing it. Paid nzd 13 per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it. Liked an equipped kitchenette.
